HEIRLOOM BOOKS by Elizabeth Shorrock Unique handmade books for special occasions.


I began making these unique handmade books to commemorate special events in my own family and to mark special occasions in the lives of close friends. They were received with such appreciation that I felt they could be offered to a wider audience. Each book is individually designed in close consultation with the client and so each is unique.

Weddings are the ideal reason for creating a special book that can be left out on display instead of ending up in a drawer or cupboard like most traditional wedding albums do. A collection of baby photographs in a special book makes a lovely present for proud grandparents. A silver or golden wedding anniversary offers another opportunity for a celebration book. There are many reasons for commissioning an heirloom book and there are many styles of book to suit each of them. Don't forget --- your book will be unique.
